Refund policy

Brick and mortar customers have until the end of the next business day to receive a cash refund and a full seven (7) days for a full store credit refund. Online customer orders must contact Oldskool within 24 hours of confirmed delivery via our website to be eligible for a full return. Online customers will ship back the item at their own expense. Issuance of refund is contingent upon receiving originally sold merchandise in the condition in which it was shipped. Opened accessories, consoles and games that were sold as NEW FACTORY SEALED games are not eligible for cash return.

All consoles come with a 6 month defective warranty from the date of purchase. This covers the system itself, NOT the cords and controller. Cords and controllers come with a seven (7) day warranty.

Figures and collectables are not eligible for return.

You'll receive credit card refunds within 3 to 5 business days upon the item being returned.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities purchased on all sales, including promotions, coupons, advertised and unadvertised merchandise.
